Energy work is an innate human ability, remembered through countless sacred texts and spiritual traditions.
Jaimie is trained in Usui Reiki, rooted in ancient Buddhist teachings and rediscovered by Mikao Usui, a Japanese monk.
Jaimie incorporates deep studies of the energy bodies, emotional intimacy practices, somatic work, as well as psychosomatic schools of thought, into her sessions.
How Energy Work Works
Life-force energy (light) activates the parasympathetic nervous system, bringing your body into a state of deep rest and healing.
In this state, your body can integrate painful experiences, reset its energetic flow, boost immunity, and begin to restore balance on every level.
Techniques include:
Energy centre balancing, and clearing stuck emotions or stagnant energy

Sometimes combining spiritual understanding with energetic release together can bring about a coherence of mind and heart, and an ease when moving through something heavy. It can explain how you need to integrate a new habit or lifestyle change to prevent further energetic stagnancy and blockages.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR SESSION
Preparation
Once you book your session, Jaimie will channel important information about your energy system and the biggest emotional blocks to release. She senses blocks, strong energies, areas and organs in need of support, creating a session that is unique to you. No two energy sessions are the same.
In-person or distant sessions
Both in-person and distant sessions are equally powerful. Each begins and ends with grounding the energy and protection rituals to crate and keep a sacred space.
In-person sessions: may incorporate touch-based techniques to support grounding, security, and release. Usually done hands-off.
Distant sessions: the energy flows intuitively to address the same themes. Jaimie works with a surrogate to see where your energy is blocked.
The energy work experience
Jaimie channels Universal Life-Force Energy through her hands into your energy system. Most of the session you will be lying down, although some techniques may require you to sit, or stand for short moments. You will be guided through working with your emotions while the energy work is sent to assist you.
Integration and reflection
At the end of the session, there is a moment to integrate the energy. Jaimie shares her observations, and you are invited to reflect and share your experience. This ensures the guidance and energy shifts are fully anchored.

Please note: Jaimie used to do traditional Reiki treatments, and has recently taken the wisdom from Usui Reiki (III) and created a new approach combining other techniques and modalities she has learnt.

It all depends on the situation. Chronic conditions and long standing symptoms may take 4-5 sessions for the energy work to reach and release the depth of the issue. Sometimes more. Integration and lifestyle shifts are also important after sessions to ensure that you don’t develop the same imbalances again.
If none of the packages available feel right, Jaimie will give package suggestions for your specific situation for you to choose which resonates the most and is accessible for you right now.

Jaimie is apart of a network of skilled Reiki practitioners, and can arrange a group healing session for you if you feel called to receive support in this way. In a group session, multiple practitioners channel Universal Life-Force energy to you simultaneously. This amplifies the energetic flow, allowing you to receive the equivalent of multiple sessions in a single, powerful experience.
While group sessions offer intensity and efficiency, individual sessions—with space for integration between—can provide a gentler, more reflective path. Both approaches are valid and valuable, depending on your current needs.
If time is limited time or there’s a sense of urgency, a group session can be a powerful option to create immediate impact in a shorter time frame.

Energy work and psychic practices are not bound by the same laws that govern the physical world as you understand it. Energy transcends time and space.
For distant sessions, the tarot or energy work appointment will take place via Google Meet. During energy work sessions, you will lie comfortably in your own space—wherever you are in the world—and receive the energy work remotely. After the session, you’ll have a debrief, just as you would in an in-person appointment.
The principles behind distance energy work and distant tarot channelings can be challenging to explain logically, as they operate beyond the confines of conventional understanding. If you feel drawn to this work but are located far away, we encourage you to trust your intuition and experience a session for yourself. Some things are meant to be felt rather than explained.
